Week 3: Confidence Building - Fix negative self-talk and strengthen identity

Week 4: Communication Skills - Express thoughts without conflict or shutdown

Week 5: Boundaries & Relationships - Protect their peace and navigate relationships

Week 6: Discipline & Future Self - Build habits and align actions with goals
